Rabun Bald
Eight enjoyed the scenic views of Rabun Bald, with an additional add on down the road. We visited the Muddy Creek Falls located in the Sky Valley Community. We took advantage of a trail near the Falls which added another mile to our trek making a total of seven miles.
Bad Creek to Whitewater
Two did the posted hike in reverse. They hoped to run into other Ramblers at the midpoint but alas were the only two that enjoyed the beauty of the hike this day.
Narrows North
Nine hiked a bit over 6 miles to the Chattooga Narrows on a nice trail. A great hike on a beautiful day overall.
Twin Falls
Two hiked to the top of Twin Falls and enjoyed the water and wild flowers galore. On the return from the top, we ran into two others who started out later. We then drove to and hiked the traditional Twin Falls viewing area.
Sloan Bridge to Fish Hatchery
Eleven enjoyed a pleasant 6.6 mile hike on a beautiful spring day.

Four enjoyed a beautiful spring day and hiked 4 miles in the Ashmore Heritage Preserve.
Tennessee Rock
Nine hiked the Tennessee Rock trail on Black Rock Mountain, then took the Springhouse trail to Ada Hi Falls for a total of about 4 miles.
Martin Creek
From Warwoman Dell up to Becky Branch and Martin Creek Falls, early spring flowers greeted seven hikers as if to say, “Have a Great Day!” (4 mi)

A trio trekked along on the first hike of the New Year. It was a nice five mile walk in the woods on a pleasant day.

A forecast change meant no rain. Hike was on to seven’s gain. Rock-hopped streams and squished thru seeps. Feet kept dry thru all those leaps. (6mi)
Lake Jocassee- Foothills Trail

Fourteen completed the hike of about 8 miles with temps around 90. The lake was quite refreshing afterward!
